The normative qualified magnetic locks usually supply 12V and 24V input voltages (the difference between single and double coils), which are selected and switched by jumpers.
To determine the quality of a magnetic lock, there are several ways:
1, look at the circuit board
The residual magnetic lock can be discerned from the circuit board. The residual magnetic lock circuit board is rough and the planning is abnormal. There is no varistor (that is, a surger, usually two), and only one set. Voltage input.
2, measuring resistance
First remove the 12V and 24V switching jumpers of the magnetic lock (note: no power is required), usually there are 4 binding posts (jumping lines), measure the red and black lines, and the resistance is about 50 ohms. good.
3. Measure the current value after power-on
It is better to measure the current value after the magnetic lock is passed through 12V voltage, which is consistent with the marked value. The magnetic lock of 280KG (600 lbs) is usually 400-450 mA. If it is less than 450 mA, it will not pull. If it is 24V, its value or practice value should be 200 mA.
4, insulation value
The qualified magnetic lock shall have the insulation value of the lock body as infinite, and the detailed value shall be above 50 mega ohms; the detailed test orientation shall be the steel cutting piece and the lock body output line (either one).
5, the straightness of the steel cutting piece
In principle, the steel cutting piece should be cut as much as possible by hand or stained. The straightness and parallelism of the qualified magnetic lock steel piece are more standardized. The quality of the steel cutting plate should be checked by the presence or absence of oxidation marks on the steel cutting piece.
6, glue inspection
The colloid of the magnetic lock can not present bubbles, should be flat and regular, no cracks, and the viewpoint is square.
7, cutting steel interval
First of all, the thickness of the steel cutting piece should be 0.35mm, and most of the current market is the use of 0.5mm steel cutting piece; the tighter the steel cutting piece on the lock body, the better, pay attention to the investigation of the steel cutting piece. Do not present the appearance of the glue on the side of the hem.
8, no residual magnetism
Usually the magnetic lock lock piece is made of pure iron, but most of the lock piece is 99% pure iron, so it has to be used for residual magnetic function, with a protruding rubber pad for buffering function and anti-remaining magnetic equipment. The lock will drop the pulling force of about 35 kg; if 99.9% pure iron is used, the residual magnetism can be basically removed without the anti-residual equipment, and the pulling force is sufficient.
9,4007 diode
Especially refers to the locks that do not light the indicator and the signal output. Usually, the diode crystal is added to the positive and negative poles of the power supply of the lock. This disposal significantly reveals the information of the lock, but some maintenance work done here avoids the positive The negative electrode is connected incorrectly or impacts the access control machine.
10. Technical disposal of the lock body casing
The lock body shell is usually selected from oxidized wire drawing or oxidized sand blasting, especially by oxidizing sand blasting, and fine sand is superior. The wire drawing is regular, the banknote is evenly sprayed, and the cut surface of the outer steel body is flat.
11, high and low pressure
At low pressure, the lock can still work, but the pulling force is reduced; when the pressure is high, the lock body will be hot. At this moment, attention should be paid to the temperature rise condition. If the temperature rise exceeds 20 degrees, the temperature rise data is usually obtained within one hour.
